2. Campaign Purpose
This website exists solely to support the campaign of Courtney Heard for Georgia House of Representatives District 68. It is paid for by Heard for Georgia and is not affiliated with any federal campaign committee, government agency, or other political organization.
3. Contribution Eligibility
By making a contribution through this website, you confirm that:
- You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
- You are making this contribution with your own personal funds, not funds provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution
- You are not a federal government contractor
- You are not a foreign national
- Your contribution does not exceed $3,300 per election cycle to this campaign (the primary and general elections are separate elections, each with a $3,300 limit)
- You are at least 18 years of age
Making a false statement in connection with a campaign contribution is a violation of Georgia law and federal law. The campaign reserves the right to refund any contribution that appears to be made in violation of applicable law.
4. Volunteer Terms
By signing up to volunteer, you agree to participate in campaign activities in accordance with all applicable laws, including Georgia's election laws. Volunteers represent Heard for Georgia and are expected to conduct themselves professionally and lawfully. The campaign may decline or terminate a volunteer relationship at any time.
5. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the site
- Submit false or misleading information through any form
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the site
- Use the site in any way that could damage the reputation of Courtney Heard or Heard for Georgia
